Toyota has become an icon of craftsmanship when it comes to building cars. They proceeded to confirm their greatness with their introduction of hybrid vehicles. The Toyota Prius established the standard for hybrids and continues to develop while many other firms have yet to produce their own version. The great price and terrific fuel economy made the Prius a very sought after car. On top of that, Prius is among the best in terms of reduced tailpipe emissions. Hybrid vehicles use a combination of electric motor and internal combustion engine that’s driven by gas. The electric motor allowed for less toxic emissions and better fuel economy.

Toyota built their reputation on reliability and continues to do so with the Prius. The hybrids, even those that appeared almost a decade ago, continue to be a good value as a used car. Though the Prius appears to be quite small, the interior still has a lot of elbow room and lots of cargo space.

Toyota continues to make the Prius an excellent car with great fuel economy and versatility. There’s really no reason why a Prius would not be an alternative as they drive like traditional cars.
